• Orders of £250 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

• Orders under £250 will incur a £7.99 charge for standard Next Day Delivery.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on a working day will normally be processed and dispatched on the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Sats may not be dispatched until the following working day. 

Weekend and Bank Holiday Orders

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will not be dispatched on the same day. These orders will be processed on the next available working day.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available for most UK addresses. However, this service may not be available for certain postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and areas with BT postcodes.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Special Delivery Requests

Customers with special delivery requirements or questions are encouraged to contact our customer service team before the daily cut-off time.
